Nice hot breakfast selection for all tastes with oatmeal, great views over the garden, yoghurt. All in all excellent setting short walk to a beautiful wooden framed conservatory overlooking ormate gardens, and the resturant.
Beds were not great.

Very comfortable. Showing it's age, but breakfast couldn't be beat and the grounds are lovely.

We enjoyed the location of the Landmark easy reach of Perth and Dundee City Centre which is good for shopping. Used leisure facilities which were ok pool a little small for a swim and the jacuzzi was not working but the rest of the facilities were very good. Food was very good and well priced. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Leisure facilities could be updated.

The room itself was quite nice inside. We stayed in an Executive Double. The bathroom is well designed and the shower is powerful.
After checking in, my first impression when walking along the corridor to the room on the 2nd floor was that the room would be awful. The room inside was nice but everything else was not up to standard. The hall carpets seem filthy, there were wires hanging from one part of the ceiling, there was a smell of damp everywhere, dirty tissues on the floor outside one room. In the room there were 2 large damp patches above the bed. The spa changing rooms also smelt bad, needed a decent renovation and the pool wasn't up to much. The staff seemed somehow distressed, we saw two chambermaids rowing in the corridor and also when having a bar meal we sat for ages (despite being the only people there), waited twice for them to take away dirty plates and they still didn't. The AC noise in the bathroom is very loud and you can't open the door because there is a sign saying the steam will set off the smoke alarm. If you have luggage ask to stay on the first floor because there is no lift. The whole experience wasn't awful but the place seems grubby and in need of a refurbishment. I wouldn't stay here again.

Came here for 1 night with my daughter, everything was really good. The most important was the staff - very efficient and top-class people. The breakfast was hot with mushroom and a nice view and the atmosphere was family.
It had dreadful views.

Pleasant surroundings. Beautiful scenery out in the gardens-very spacious. Lounge and bar area - very comfortable seating. Conservatory-orangery very pleasant and airy for breakfast. Food excellent - choice of what foods all day served wherever required. Spa staff very friendly - gym, sauna, steam pity no jacuzzi now and pool could be a bit bigger but ample, Ample ground space for children to run around outside.
